Welcome to The Talent Overview

This blog was setup after a great deal of persuasion from posters on a variety of forums who for some reason believe my opinions on players are worth taking a few moments to read and consider.

I don't claim to be an expert. I'm just watching the footage available to me from a multitude of sources and reading any information I can access, and then giving my take on what I see. Where possible I will always try to focus on the positives as I believe any player can have a value to a team in the right circumstances. It's just finding the right shape of hole to fit them in to allow them to reach the ceiling of their own potential.

The world of internet forums and social media lives in a very black and white world, all I ask is that if you read this and have any issues with what is written that you engage with the content in a positive manner as I'm always open to other perspectives, especially from those who have seen the players, managers and teams discussed live in action.
